ACTEA Accredited Programmes

ACTEA's services include academic accreditation of programmes of theological
education, in order to stimulate the improvement and standardisation of such
programmes, and in order to provide a sound basis for international academic
recognition.
ACTEA's published accreditation standards and procedures apply a range of
requirements in keeping with accepted international academic norms. This
includes extensive self-study, and detailed on-site assessment by external
examiners. Ongoing compliance is also strictly monitored.
ACTEA accredits programmes of theological education at post-graduate,
post-secondary, and secondary levels. At post-secondary level, ACTEA accredits
in two categories, the post-secondary Diploma category, and the university
first-degree BTh level.

respective levels indicated. The date of the programmes' most recent
accreditation is stated.
